When I opened NMM again it rescanned my games it found FNV but it failed to find TW3 (which I had not moved). I basically copied all the files from one drive to another, this means the program files\nexus mod manager folder, the Games\nexus mods manager and all the User\documents directory, as well as the Fallout New Vegas installation path.
